Careloop is a digital therapeutics company that uses digital technology to prevent, control or treat medical conditions. Their digital platform enables people to self-manage symptoms whilst giving clinicians sight of real-time data to inform their support and care. They offer prescription digital therapies (PDTs) for those suffering from Schizophrenia, Psychosis and Post Natal Depression.
Careloop is born out of over a decade of scientific research, testing and modelling. When the business was ready to go to market they contacted Relish Creative with a brief to create a brand that is easily recognisable and distinct. Mindful of future plans to create apps for people self-managing a wide range of symptoms we needed to create a brand architecture that would allow for multiple apps to be offered under the umbrella of Careloop.
We conducted an in depth audit of the medical and therapeutics sector looking at over 50 brands. The Careloop ‘loop’ represents the loop in care the company provides to stop people relapsing. When viewed from different perspectives the 3D loop changes appearance, a visual reminder there are different approaches to individual care, one size does not fit all. It is primarily used in 3D Teal, but for flexibility we have also created 2D and monochrome versions. The colour Teal was selected for its rejuvenating and revitalising qualities. For many it represents clarity of thought and open communication.
Having established the logo, fonts and brand palette, we developed a website with simple, intuitive navigation, clear calls to action and a content management system that enables Careloop to manage all content.
