Investigo enlisted Relish to design and execute an internal communications campaign celebrating 20 years of success in recruitment services across their agency portfolio.
Targeting over 400 employees in the UK and US, we created a digital-first employee engagement initiative that fostered cross-functional collaboration, team spirit, and friendly competition.
The creative concept visually showcased Investigo’s brand evolution over the past two decades.
Over 20 days, teams participated in a series of challenges, ranging from quizzes to interactive ‘steal’ days. They could also ‘buy’ points by donating to Investigo’s chosen charity, blending social good with fun competition. The result? The campaign far exceeded engagement expectations, with teams on both sides of the Atlantic fiercely competing for the top spot.
The campaign not only strengthened internal bonds but also reinforced Investigo’s culture of collaboration, growth, and community involvement.
