Youco is a startup which finds the best jobs for temporary workers and strives to provide them with the knowledge, choice and opportunity to make the most of their employment. Youco approached Relish to define their brand identity, and become their design partner.
Youco believes the worker comes first, which inspired our team to look at a variety of creative routes for the logo centred around the user and ‘you’. We created a unique logo which focuses on the worker and enforces Youco’s worker-centric ethos.
The branding exercise thus far has included a logo and brand guidelines, business cards, some swag, and sales collateral.
As Youco’s design partner, we are also tasked with the design of the Youco website and job matching tool which is currently in progress. Given the site’s two main audiences – workers and recruiters – and their unique needs from Youco, wireframing is a must for this project. Wireframing has been instrumental in gauging the needs for 30+ unique page layouts.
As part of the visual design exercise, Relish has also crafted a set of custom icons to help identify features and highlight integral tools across the website.
