Studies prove that parents can make a positive difference by talking to their children, whilst other research indicates that just a single conversation can have a significant, lasting impact on a person’s opinion. Together Equal has created a set of conversation cards designed to provide a sustainable income stream for charities and social enterprises which support and empower victims of violence—while driving conversations which challenge social stereotypes.
A new start-up, Together Equal wanted to create a meaningful identity which would work in full colour as well as black and white, on both packaging and online. The logo and branding needed to reflect their core values of equality in society whilst being immediately recognisable.
Relish Creative undertook a brand positioning exercise reviewing everything that Together Equal offers and stands for. Having dissected the key elements, we brought everything together to develop the core positioning ‘Conversations That Count’. We developed a new brand design which works across everything from online communications to the cards themselves.
Relish Creative illustrated and designed the entire set of Together Equal conversation cards. As the target audience included children aged 7-11, as well as their parents, it was vital to create something visually engaging and easy to read.
We devised a set of cards which used the core brand colours and an ownable illustrative style that could be easily extended into future editions. To support the charity, you can buy a pack of Conversation Cards from eBay.
